Wands have a simple formula to figure how much they cost. The price of a wand is equal to the level of the spell × the creator's caster level × 750 gp. If the wand has a material component cost, it is added to the base price and cost to create once for each charge (50 × material component cost)
So lets say a 3rd level Wizard made that wand for you to make enlarge person. It would Lv 1 Enlarge Person. (1) * (3) * 750= 2250 then the material used to cast the spell is powdered iron which is 1 sp for a pound. So you would add an additional 1 SP to the cost of the wand and that gets you a base amount of 50 charges on said Wand. Since it only takes a pinch of powdered Iron to cast the spell and you can easily get 50 pinches out of a pound I think.
You can find more info on wands here along with some tables that make it easier to figure out in the future.
